RRAD is a community nonprofit organisation that creates connections and builds capacity in youth and their communities.
RRAD works with participants to design and deliver strength based educational programs and wellbeing initiatives.
We collaborate with youth participants, community groups and local leaders to create community projects and real world learning spaces.
Together we build strength based communities that grow local community leaders through mentoring and strength based learning programs.

We identify strengths of each participant and co-create a learning plan to develop skills.
We embed robust routines and facilitate a community mentoring and youth ambassador program to sustain these outcomes.
RRAD facilitators develop strong connections with participants, stakeholders and community leaders. We create collaborative learning experiences that connect/ harness the strengths of stakeholders, community leaders and individuals.
This collective energy, commitment and shared knowledge/skills will be a valuable resource to participants and the community at large. Together we will become RRAD – Relaxed, Robust and Active Dreamers.

RRAD Youth : We are doing It - Tailored alternative education programs for vulnerable youth participants (6- 17 years).
RRAD Youth Wellbeing Programs - Weekends & School Holidays (children aged 4- 12 years).
RRAD Care and Inspire - Online and face to face strength development and wellbeing programs for Parents & Guardians, Teacher Aides & Support Network.
RRAD Collaborate & Flow- Online & face to face strength leadership development programs for Teachers & School Leaders
