RRAD -


                                                  RRAD'S Learning Components- 


1. Relaxed heart - 

  • We co-create learning plans.
  • Identify strengths and passions.
  • Connect youth with local mentors and support groups.


Highlights 

  1. Workshops from communities leaders
  2. Community mentoring program begins- informal social gathering and connections days.
  3. Youth volunteer opportunities identified.


2. Robust Routines 

  • Provide practical tips and skills to improve wellbeing and focus on your strengths.
  • Co-create routines that support interest and strengths.
  • Set up links with local groups and businesses to embed routines


Highlights

Yoga, Mindfulness and Resilience training, Positive Psychology workshops, Gross - Motor Activities and cooking lessons, PT training 


3. Activate Dreamers - 

  • Work with mentors to develop skills in area of passion.
  • Work with RRAD support staff to grow social and emotional skills.



 Scholarships are available for vulnerable youth - Aboriginal & Torres Strait  Islander Youth, Children with a Disability, Children in Care, Youth with a mental health or chronic physical health diagnosis. 


RRAD Care and Inspire

RRAD Care and Inspire program provides a variety of strength based well-being workshops and retreats for community leaders,  parents and guardians and youth support staff.  


Packages to  Explore:

- Connect & Flow: yoga, mindfulness, positive psychology  and meditation workshops

- Youth Activation: Guided support to develop youth volunteer strategies and campaigns

- Growth and Inspire: Grant writing support and project management


Packages are tailored to the needs of the group and programs can be offered digitally or face to face.


 Scholarships are available for guardians of vulnerable youth.

RRAD Youth Wellbeing Programs

RRAD Wellbeing  Weekend  & School Holiday Programs

 Calling Wellbeing Champions for a day of connection and enjoyment. 


Example Services include:

- Martial arts

- Acrobatics

- Visual and urban art 

- Permaculture

- Boxing

- STEMM

- Local food

- Wellbeing  skills- yoga, meditation, positive psychology, mindfulness

RRAD Collaborate and Flow

We work with stakeholders to  develop bespoke online & face to face Strength Leadership Development Programs and  retreats for Teachers & School Leaders.
